Cookie Time

Well it’s that time of year again … the GIRL SCOUT COOKIE SALE officially begins, Thursday, January 16^th and ends Sunday, March 9^th.

Cookies can be picked-up from me at my home, 7107 Boyer Street, Philadelphia, PA 19119. You may pick-up cookies at my house from 6:30 – 8:00PM, Tuesday, January 14^th - Thursday, January 16^th.

Cookie Orders

Cookies will be available for pick-up on the following days:

Wednesdays                     6:30-8:00P                                         

Cookies orders should be sent to me via text or e-mail by 3:00M on Wednesdays, to allow time for assembly. My cell phone numbers are 215.353.1532 (personal) and 267.446.9533 (business), you can also email me at valgstroops@gmail.com.

Saturdays          10:00-11:00A or  4:30-5:30P     

Cookies orders should be sent to me via text or e-mail by Friday evening, to allow for assembly

I will attempt to accommodate other requests as my schedule permits.

Cookie Payment Schedule

Cookie payments to Council are made electronically through an ACH sweep of our troop account and regular cookie payments must be made. At least 75% of the outstanding cookie balance must be paid before additional cookies can be distributed. The payment schedule is as follows:

First Payment                          

Saturday, January 25, 2014 (ACH Sweep 1/31/14)

Second Payment                     

no later than Saturday, February 1, 2014

Third Payment                         

no later than Thursday, February 20, 2014 (ACH Sweep 2/26/14)

Fourth Payment                       

no later than Saturday, March 1, 2014 (ACH Sweep 3/21/14)

ABSOLUTE Final Payment    

Saturday, March 29, 2014 (Final ACH Sweep 4/16/14)

Our Cookie Booth dates & times are as follows:

Fridays: January 17^th and 24^th; February 7^th and 28^th

We have another cookie FCFS cookie sign-up for Willow Grove Mall and Crumbs Bake Shop on Wednesday, January 15th that I will be entering. Wish Us Luck!

      By now you should have received the Cookie Booth Sign-up Scheduler through Sigh-up Genius.  I need two parent volunteers for each Cookie Booth shift being covered, if you are covering multiple shifts on a particular day then I will only need one additional parent.

·        On cookie booth days, I will meet the parent volunteers for set-up and close-out at each cookie booth and bring any cookies needed for the booth, as well as the cookie booth bank; the cash box; and a table and tablecloth (if needed). We will accept electronic payments at our cookie booths.
